Full Tilt Poker
Since 2004, Full Tilt Poker has developed into one of the most respected poker sites and has a very impressive range of games on offer. Its popularity has been boosted by “Team Full Tilt”, a collection of sponsored pros that includes the likes of John Juanda and Phil Ivey amongst others. What brings many players to Full Tilt is the chance to, as the sites’ slogan reads, “learn, chat and play with the pros”, but they also have attractive bonuses for both newcomers and loyal customers.
100% Deposit Bonus
Once you sign up to the site, Full Tilt will automatically give you a 100% Deposit Bonus to the value of $600 – they claim this is the best signup promotion going, but there are other sites either matching or beating this offer.
You can claim your bonus by playing in ring games or paying tournament fees. For every dollar raked in a ring game, one ‘Full Tilt Point’ (FTP) is awarded – equivalent to $0.06 of the bonus – and there is a maximum of three points for each hand.
The bonus is released in increments worth 10% of your first deposit or $20, depending on which you make first. Although this may seem like a slow drip-feeding process, $20 could easily be made in a couple of hours at a table.
The rules are similar for tournament and Sit ‘N’ Go play, except for every $1 in fees 7 FTPs will be awarded (working out to be $4.20 in bonus money) and there is no limit to the amount of points you can earn. However, players must earn their deposit bonus within 120 days, which is a relatively short time frame.
Refer a Friend
If the 100% Deposit Bonus isn’t all they claim it to be, their Refer-a-Friend Bonus is one of the best out there. If you bring a new player to Full Tilt, both you and your referral will be awarded with a $100 bonus once they make a deposit. This can also be used in conjunction with the 100% Deposit Bonus, so your friend can make a tidy sum with both promotions.
Once the new player earns 500 FTPs, $20 of the bonus will released into both accounts, going up to $25, $30 and $40 for each time they make another 500 points. You can refer as many friends as you like and will be eligible for the bonus as soon as the earn the required amount of FTPs.
Loyalty Program
For Full Tilt’s Loyalty Program, players earn points the same way as described above, and they can then be used to purchase all manner of goods from the online store, such as iPods, plasma televisions and a range of Full Tilt merchandise. However, there are ‘Happy Hours’ at certain times of the day, where you can earn double or triple the amount of points. Full Tilt is constantly updating and releasing promotions and, due to the high number of players, there is always plenty of bounty tourneys, leaderboard and Iron Man challenges to choose from – it will never take long for your FTPs pile up.
